1 1/2 cups fresh grated Pecorino Romano cheese | |
1/2 cup olive oil, additional for garnish | |
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt | |
1-2 Tbsp water | |
Black pepper for garnish | |
Toasted baguette and seasonal veggies for dipping |
Directions
1.
Place grated Pecorino Romano, olive oil and yogurt in a food processor or blender. Blend until light and fluffy, approximately 1-2 minutes, scraping down the side of the bowl a few times while blending. Add 1-2 TB of water to achieve desired thickness.
