4 plum tomatoes seeded and diced
1/3 cup cup red onion minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
hot sauce for serving
4 pocket-less pitas warmed
2 cups romaine lettuce thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese
