Consider me your fun-loving, healthy eating BFF. I'm a trained chef, healthy cooking coach, creator of literally thousands of recipes + you may have even seen me on TV! Did I mention I also happen to be the girl who loves to turn the everyday into a party?!

As a little girl, I jumped at the chance to experiment and try new dishes. I’d even get impromptu cooking lessons from all the neighborhood grandmas.
In fact, the first recipe I ever wrote was for my own grandma’s infamous Rhubarb Crunch…to make it taste better to my 8-year-old self!
You could say I was always obsessed with food, flavors, and cooking – so much so that I ditched a lucrative tech career to pursue cooking professionally and dove head-first into the world of food! Like, surrounded by it. All day.
But what’s a health-conscious, yet food and fun-loving girl to do?
I’m pretty convinced that because of that, I’ve learned when it comes to creating healthy habits that LAST? It needs to be fun. And that we ALL deserve healthy food that tastes amazing and makes us happy.
Life’s too short for boring, bland, bunny food.
Life is a party, and sometimes I think that’s easy for us to forget. We all want to be happy, right? But we get so bogged down in the daily grind and society’s silly expectations, that we often forget to actually enjoy the daily moments.
The people, media and society in general make us think that we have to spend our days eating celery sticks and doing grueling ironmans to live a healthy and beautiful life.
OH HECK NO. Here? We’re all about building healthy habits that last – in the kitchen and in our lives – that make us truly feel balanced and whole. Because what we choose to cook and eat is just the beginning.
