Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

  • 1 Tbs minced red onion
  • 2 tbs whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbs fresh dill
  • 1 oz slice smoked salmon
  • 4 slices thin cucumber
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  1. Spread both halves of flatbread with cream cheese. Sprinkle onion and dill on one half. Top with salmon and cucumber slices. Place other half on top (cream cheese side down) and press lightly. Cut into quarters and serve.
